Since September 2024, every platform fee, every software tool, every wire transfer cost, every hour of coordination was paid personally by our three-person volunteer board.

We support kitchens in Gaza and Sudan every single day. Delivering clean water, food parcels, hygiene kits, tents, children’s clothing, and milk and diapers for infants. That work doesn’t pause. But the people running it need to be able to sustain themselves too.
The nonprofit industry standard for overhead is 20–30%. We’re holding at 10%.
If the 10% exceeds what operations actually cost, the difference is redirected to Gaza and Sudan.

For 18 months, our board covered all costs so 100% of donations reached Gaza and Sudan. We’ve reached our limit. Moving forward, 10% will support operations to sustain our work.
In April 2025, Rammun Foundation launched an emergency aid campaign in Gaza-delivering meals, clean water, baby formula, and hygiene kits to hundreds of families facing critical shortages. With escalating needs amid ongoing blockades, our team is working around the clock to provide life‑saving supplies directly on the ground.
In May 2025, Rammun Foundation doubled clean water deliveries and distributed over 60,000 hot meals across North Gaza. Despite rising costs and closed borders, our all-volunteer team continued to provide food, water, and essential aid directly to families in crisis.
